We also make sure that our curriculum and school readiness program fits within the Commonwealth Government’s Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, ensuring only the best quality care and teaching and for your child. Our Centre offers an excellent School Readiness Program, which not only prepares your child academically – it helps to prepare them socially and emotionally for the challenges of starting at school. Our curriculum covers a number of Key Learning Areas including numeracy and literacy. We also find that your child’s developmental experience will be enhanced when they visit the centre for two or more days during the week. At Mitchell St Early Learning Centre, a fully qualified teacher teaches our Kindergarten Program.
